It is very centrally located in between the Wibautstraat and the Weesperzijde. The Weesperzijde makes for a lovely walk alongside the Amstel river. Within minutes you find yourself in the bustling and popular 'De Pijp' district where you can shop to your heart's content. The area of the Nieuwe Amstelbrug has ample places of entertainment to explore as well as a wealth of restaurants. This area is easily accessible by public transport as well as by car. The Amstel train station is a mere 5 minute bike ride away. By car, even in rush hour, it only takes 5 minutes to get to the A10 ring road.

PARKING
There is paid on-street parking (Mon-Sat from 09:00 - 24:00, free on Sundays) and residents can apply for a parking permit. According to the website of the Amsterdam municipality, there is a waiting list for parking permits (waiting list details per 18 November 2020, permit area Oost-1 Swammerdam).
